Version 3.0b1 of the TclXML, TclDOM and TclXSLT packages are now 
available.
These may be downloaded from SourceForge.  An early Xmas present ;-)

Please test building these packages and submit a bug report on any 
problems
found.  All three packages have been built and tested on Mac OS X and 
Linux.
NB. Not all implementations pass all tests (yet).

I am planning on making a second beta release, probably in January,
before going final.
