New versions of tkxmllint and tkxsltproc for Mac OS X and MS Windows
are now available from:

http://tclxml.sf.net/tkxmllint.html
http://tclxml.sf.net/tkxsltproc.html

Version 1.3 of tkxmllint takes advantage of the structured error 
messages
in libxml2-2.6.X, allowing much better display of errors in documents.

Version 1.3 of tkxsltproc also uses structured error messages,
as well as better support for stylesheet parameters.
