*  Debugger - Now includes time-based code profiling, 
    built-in coverage analysis, and an improved user 
    interface that supports multiple simultaneous 
    debugging sessions.

*  Cross Reference Tool - Static code analyzer with 
    full user interface and in-depth Tcl understanding 
    helps you easily find syntax errors and other 
    common usage errors

*  Virtual File System Explorer - Quickly and easily 
    browse the contents of your file system, including 
    mounted starkits and starpacks created with TclApp

*   Tcl Service Manager - Updated to fully support 
     transportable starkit services

*   TclApp - Create Windows executables and custom 
     icons from Linux

*   Checker - Now updated with more elaborate 
     checking of variable references in code

*   Demos - More than 10 new demos available to help 
     you get started using the tools in less time
