I'd like to give some remarks on the TclApp GUI:

Files Tab:
When opening a new project in the tclapp GUI (File Menu - >  New) there 
appears a question mark (?) next to the text entry field at the top of 
the 'Files' tab.
->  It is unclear what this question mark means. Replace it with some 
meaningful item/icon.

When adding a file the 'Select file to wrap' file dialog appears. Here 
one file can be selected and confirmed with the 'Open' button.
->  The button should be renamed to 'Add'
->  It should be possible to select one or more files using the usual 
selection methods (Ctrl / Shift).

When selecting a directory in the list field the 'Add' button at the 
right side should become sensitive in order to add a new file within 
this directory.

In general the design of this GUI needs some rework I think. It's not 
very intuitive to work with.
