[TDK] TclDevKit 4.0.4, tclchecker, and .tap files?

Note that .tap files are the precursor to the current teapot metadata. As
such they are for designed for use by TclApp, the wrapper application, and
not something the Tclchecker can use. Tclchecker needs .pcx files (*).
ActiveState does not provide .pcx files through the teapot. Anybody
interested in such a feature should contact us so that we can gauge the
amount of interest and whether it would be worthy to expend effort on such a
feature or not.
I should further note that AS currently does not have .pcx files for the
majority of the packages in ActiveTcl, and as such is currently relying on
community support to create them.

(*) pcx stands for 'Pro Checker eXtension', with Pro an inherited reference
to TclPro, TclDevKit's ancestor.
