In working on trying to figure out a problem a user was having with
TDK 4.1 not seeing the tap files, what I notice is that while there
are over 40 .tap files in ActiveTcl 8.4.19's distribution, there are
only 2 .tap files in ActiveTcl 8.5.2 .
Does TDK somehow know about the .tap information of things in the teapot
repository?
