I'll ask the developer - however, I know he is using the command line
tool, so there isn't any menus, etc. in what he is running.

For a brand new installation of TDK and ActiveTcl, with no attempt at
local .tap file generation, I presume there shouldn't be much info in
the Tap Search Paths?
