I talked directly to Nirwana to resolve this ... It was a bug in 
tclxref/tclchecker. I gave him an unofficial build which fixed the problem.

'Live Import' Projects do not explicitly list the files to use in the Komodo 
project. To Xref this looks like there are no files.

No, you need a newer version, it was a bug fixed on May 19.
What platform are you on ?

I can then arrange for a download of a nightly build of TDK with the bug fixed.
