tktable has not yet been compiled for win/ce that I know of.  It may
well be possible simply with the right build settings.

I am currently working on getting the 8.4 head to work out-of-the-box
with Rainer Keuchel's celib.  When that works, it should be easy to
get the right settings into any TEA build system, which tktable uses.

It may still be necessary to correct the code where specific celib
stuff needs to be used.
