[Vancouver-announce] Vancouver Hackathon Alert! | [Vancouver-announce] We're Hiring: Senior Account Executive
Can you believe it's the second week of April? That means those
developer geek conferences we've all been waiting for are only weeks
away. Next on ActiveState's agenda this spring? Linuxfest Northwest
2007. You've gotta go.

Linuxfest Northwest is this ambitious, grassroots, beer-drinking, FREE
event being held in Bellingham on April 28 & 29th.

Speakers!
Top-notch speakers include our own Shane Caraveo, plus folks from Red
Hat, Google, Novell, OLPC project, MySQL, Software Freedom Law Center,
Linden Labs (Second Life), and more. Check out Shane's talk, "From HTML
to XUL, Web to Desktop," at
	http://blug.org/fest2007/spkr-record.dxp?id=22

Beer!
ActiveState is a sponsor, so we'll be there with loads of swag. Pick up
your Linuxfest Northwest 2007 coupon at our table to save on Komodo IDE
licenses. And there's beer! Pick up your free ticket for April Brews Day
from our table, a fundraiser for the Max Higbee Center:
	http://www.maxhigbee.org/aprilbrewsday.html

Prizes!
Oh, and Linuxfest Northwest has just about the best raffle anywhere.
They say it's world famous, and I wouldn't doubt it. For $1, you could
win some super-sweet prizes--how about a $1400+ server? Not to mention
Komodo IDE prize packs.

Convinced?
Good. Go to: http://www.linuxfestnorthwest.org/

We'll see you there!
