To coincide with the release of Visual Studio.NET Beta 2, ActiveState
is happy to announce the release of Version 1.0 Beta 3 of ActiveState
Visual XSLT.  While Visual XSLT is still in the beta stage, it
is proving to be very useful for creating, running, and
debugging XSLT projects.  We've fixed many bugs from the last release,
added some new features, and improved the overall usability.

Some important notes:

1) If you have installed an earlier Beta of Visual XSLT, you will need to
   uninstall both it and Visual Studio.NET Beta 1.

2) Ensure you have installed Visual Studio.NET Beta 2.  Visual XSLT
   installation will fail if Visual Studio.NET Beta 2 isn't present.
