Thanks for clearing this up, Kirk.

What I learned from this -- if you at first don't think it's in .NET,
dig deeper.  I saw the ToString() method of DateTime, but
didn't check to see if there was a section on format
strings for the DateTime class.  There is, in
ms-help://MS.NETFrameworkSDK/cpguidenf/html/cpcondatetimeformatstrings.htm
