I bought perlbuilder when it first came out and was disappointed in it 
overall. I hope that Visual Perl doesn't disappoint me in the same way. 
The lack of a real IDE for Perl almost makes me want to stop using it 
because it's a nightmare to create heavy duty perl programs without 
one. 

Secondly, I would hope that there is support for perlex and modperl 
built into Visual Perl.

Thirdly, how about a section of the program really dedicated to the 
process of developing CGIs. Perlbuilder had something like this but 
again, it was a real piece of garbage.
