Does anybody know when Visual Perl will be out? | Perl Builder 2.0
Frank,

I think "piece or garbage" is a little harsh for Perl Builder 1.0, although
I would agree that it was not perfect. I did, however, use it quite a bit.

I was on the beta for Perl Builder 2.0, which has just now been released,
and I can honestly say that I think this is a great IDE. They were very
receptive to my suggestions, so it has nearly everything I could ask for.

I am using it full time now for some very extensive development and would
never consdider going back to the command line.

That is not to say I won't take a look at Visual Perl when it comes out as
well. I currently use IDEs from both MS and Borland for C++ development,
depending on the project. The more good tools, the merrier I say....

Best,

Robert Shaw
