ActiveState ships Visual Perl for Visual Studio .NET Final Version | ActiveState releases Visual Perl 1.0 Release Candidate 1
ActiveState is pleased to announce the release of Visual Perl 1.1.2 
for the Visual Studio .NET Release Candidate.

This is a maintenance release incorporating the following changes:

* Visual Perl now supports the creation of all kinds of Perl projects, 
closing a bug in which only "Empty projects" could be created, and 
then modified by hand

* Performance issues with the debugger have been addressed

* The editor now automatically highlights matching parentheses and braces
