This is a known issue. Unfortunately we haven't dound a fix for it yet.

I don't seem to be able to reproduce this behaviour here. I tried with 
pm's in the current project and also referenced pm's from perl\site\lib. 
Would you be able to send me a copy of a project that exhibits this 
behaviour ?
