Hi, David,

Yes, you need to look at another product, and you asked on the right
list, given that you're using Visual Perl.  ActiveState's PerlASPX
product lets you build ASP.Net applications and web services using
Perl code.  See http://www.activestate.com/Products/PerlASPX/ for more
info.
