Thanks, better late than never:)

When you say "Python 2.2 side-by-side inside Visual Studio .Net" what do you
mean? Should use standard Python 2.2 with Visual Python and Visual Studio
.Net 2003?

At this time I just trying to two things, learn Phython (2.2 should be fine)
and learn scons which only needs 1.5.2, so 2.2 should be fine.

Thanks,

Wink

Sorry about the delay -- it's been a busy month.

Despite our testing, there does seem to be problems with Visual Python
running on top of both ActivePython 2.3 and standard Python 2.3, most likely
in the win32com extensions.

We are working on resolving this, but I'm not sure when it will be resolved
(i.e. it's a resource-allocation issue). If you can also work with Python
2.2 side-by-side inside Visual Studio .Net, I would advise it.
