What you are looking for is IronPython:

http://ironpython.com/

IronPython is an implementation of Python running on the .Net framework.
Currently it is not considered stable or even completre, but it is quite
promising, particularly in terms of community interest and speed.

ActiveState sees Ironpython as a promising technology, but we would not
recommend it for production use currently, and we currently do not have
any products that support it specifically.

Let me know if you have any further questions.
