It's used in our Komodo development environment. We wouldn't mind open
sourcing it but it is likely to be the least developed of the three. I
can email it to anyone who wants it. I'll also send you (Rich) wsdl4py.

I'll extend it today with some of the limitations we found from Gisle's
implementation and then post the new version.
