Guillaume,

You must start either with a Java interface or with a WSDL file. If you
start with the Java interface, xrpcc will generate the WSDL file. If you
start with a WSDL file, xrpcc will generate a Java class skeleton for your
service (you fill in the business logic). xrpcc also generates the client
proxy from the WSDL file (either from the one you provide or from the
generated one).

If you don't have either the Java class or a WSDL file, you need to write
one or the other.
