Hi Bob.
Well, you told me that the details of errors associated with SOAP headers
must be returned in SOAP headers and that the detail is defined by a
soap:headerfault that is nested inside the soap:header it pertains to, both
of which I knew.Your assumption is that a soap:headerfault pertaining to a
particular soap:header has to be encoded in the wsdl:input sub-element of
the wsdl:binding, whereas the WSDL spec says it can go in either the
wsdl:input or the wsdl:output sub-element of the wsdl:binding.
