Is there some hopefully meaningful-to-the-outside-world reason the W3C
is dumping EIGHTEEN publications on the world in a two-day span?
Better still, is there any hope of managing the publication process to
make it a lot less bursty? It's been hard enough keeping up with new
specs without having to read twenty at once...
