Is there a reason the xml-dev archives for April 2002 were not updated
between April 26 and April 30? Posts made after 19:00 on April 26 are
not in the indexes at

and
http://lists.xml.org/archives/xml-dev/200204/threads.html
I couldn't find a contact address for questions about the archives.
