By creating your own application language and implementing it.
The "Extensibility" of XML is extensibility of names and structures. 
The object model is the business and prerogative of the 
application designer. 

There Ain't No Free Lunch.

BTW, you can't use the 'syntax' anyway you like.  That is the 
problem with ConciseXML.  It isn't XML.  That is brand co-opting.
