See hardblogger.msnbc.com for a counter-example (though granted, they're not
blogging about the institution they work for...).

Depending, of course, on how you see "Inside the Beltway", there *are* folks
blogging there (see for example Steve Clemons' www.TheWashingtonNote.com).
