Yes! $$$  Downtranslate to some popular format, then 
wait a few years for the RFP to uptranslate to 
some reusable format which is always the most 
profitable as long as you can get the analysis 
task as a cost-plus project.  For markup companies, 
HTML was the ultimate in planned document  
obsolescence.  We learned a lot from Ford 
and GM about how to keep selling the same 
service over and over again by encouraging 
novelties and chrome.

Well... one can always write a simple XSLT transformation that 
would turn it all back into plain text ;-) Just a bit more work to 
strip some tags and 'metadata' ;-)
