When we first started out we ran an unprotected Zope server and it crashed
daily. Since we put it behind Apache it's been nearly 2 years without a
single crash. The problem is that Zserver falls over when it gets certain
malformed requests - and there are plenty of script kids out there sending
vast numbers of dodgy requests to every machine they can get.
